Garvin Lofts is a 27-unit housing facility designed to assist individuals experiencing chronic homelessness in Evansville, Indiana. Twelve of the units are designed for people that are medically vulnerable.

This project repurposes a historic building that is over 100 years old. An addition was also constructed to house the community amenities. The property includes community spaces, on-site therapy, and a business center.
